Welcome to Vanshi Buildtech Projects for smarter living

As part of the smart city concept, the DDA has acquired the land on the unique 'land pooling' basis, and so the villagers who gave up their land are also suitably compensated.  According to the agreement, a part of their land would be acquired for developing infrastructure facilities for which they are paid nicely, and the remaining part would be given back to them with developed facilities like public transport, power, water connection, doctor on call etc.

In fact the location of Apna Ghar L Zone is most favourable because of its close proximity to Indira Gandhi International Airport and just a 5 minutes distance from the proposed Dwarka Metro Station. The DDA has made eloquent promises about this zone being developed with 24x7 power facility, water connection,  systematic underground drainage system, nonstop internet connectivity along with all the urban facilities like educational institutions, hospitals, office complex and premium shopping malls in the vicinity.

The Smart City will also have India's largest football stadium, a huge golf course next door and also a super speciality hospital coming up in this area. Smart City Delhi is therefore, the answer to the collective dreams of millions of prospective home buyers who had their hopes pinned on DDA, and thankfully this time the DDA have delivered it. The cost of the flats here are still very reasonable and affordable, and it would solve lots of issues faced by the middle class in Delhi- like space bound issues, long and arduous commute everyday to and from the outskirts of NCR and lack of basic amenities etc.
